1. Who is Westchurch Norwest?
Westchurch Norwest is a local Christian church serving Sydney’s Northwest. We’re a community of ordinary people seeking to know God more deeply and to make His love known through our lives, relationships, and service to others.
2. What do you believe?
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and that Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour. We believe the Bible is God’s word and that salvation comes by grace through faith, expressed in repentance, baptism and faithful living. We strive to be gracious, thoughtful, and open to questions.
3. Do I need to be a Christian to attend?
Not at all. You’re very welcome whether you’re exploring faith, returning to church after a long break, or simply curious. There’s no pressure to participate beyond what you’re comfortable with.
4. What are your services like?
Our gatherings include Bible teaching, taking the Lord’s supper, prayer, music singing and time to connect with others. We aim for services that are thoughtful, welcoming, and relevant to everyday life. Dress is casual, and there’s space for all ages and stages.
5. How can I get involved?
There are many ways to connect—small groups (virtual and in person), service opportunities, and social events. You can start by simply coming along on a Sunday, or by contacting us to find out what might suit you best
